Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard^®

⁴Subject to credit approval. Cash Back rewards are earned on eligible net purchases. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are eligible for Cash Back rewards such as Advances, Balance Transfers, and Convenience Checks. You may not redeem rewards, and you will immediately lose all of your rewards, if your Account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to Program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). Rewards expire after 36 months. Rewards are only available for redemption if your Account is open and in good standing. Purchases made at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers do not earn Rewards Points. Earn 5% cash back on mobile wallet transactions (excluding Kroger Pay) up to $3,000 per calendar year. After your annual spend is met, you will receive 1% cash back on eligible mobile wallet purchases through the remainder of the calendar year. “Mobile wallet” is defined as the method of paying for a transaction by use of a mobile device (in a store, in-app or online) and includes Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay, Google Pay™, Garmin Pay™ and LG Pay®. If the transaction is an eligible mobile wallet transaction and an eligible cash back rewards category transaction, additional cash back rewards will only be awarded for the mobile wallet transaction types. Rewards can be redeemed via Real-Time Rewards after making an eligible purchase of $10 or more at Kroger Family of Companies or via statement credit once you have earned a minimum of 1,000 Rewards Points (worth $10). Rewards can be redeemed via Kroger Family of Companies Gift Cards when you have earned a minimum of 2,500 Rewards Points (worth $25). Upon approval, see your Cardmember Agreement for details.

Discount is available at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers each time you redeem at least 100 existing fuel points earned in a single month. You must scan, redeem fuel points and pay with your Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard® in order to receive the fuel discount The first-year additional 55¢ discount offer expires one year from the cardmember’s approval date and does not require a spend minimum. However, if your posted spend is at least $6,000 on net eligible purchases during the first 12 months that your Account is open, once the additional 55¢ discount has expired, you will receive a 25¢ discount for the remainder of that calendar year and for the entirety of the next calendar year, ending the following January 31. The date that a transaction is made may not be the same date that it posts to your Account. After that, eligibility is determined on a calendar year basis. If your spend equals at least $6,000 on net eligible purchases in a calendar year, you get the 25¢ discount for the remainder of that calendar year (starting the month after you met the minimum spend requirement) and for the entirety of the next calendar year, ending the following January 31. If the additional 25¢ (or introductory 55¢) discount has expired and you have not met the minimum posted spend requirement in the prior or current year, you will instead receive an additional 5¢ fuel discount at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers when you scan, redeem fuel points and pay with your Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard®. Not valid with any other fuel offer. Accumulation excludes taxes, office services, alcohol, tobacco, fuel, prescriptions and any purchases prohibited by law. Fuel discount effective for a limited time at participating fuel center locations. Not valid in MO or where prohibited by law. Purchases made at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers do not earn Rewards Points or fuel points. Please see store for fuel discounts details and in-store spending requirements. The APR may vary, the variable APR for purchases and Balance Transfers is 19.24% -29.99% (based on your creditworthiness). The variable APR for Cash Advances is 29.99%. Cash Advance fee: 5% of each advance amount, $10 minimum. Convenience Check fee: 4% of each check amount, $10 minimum. Cash Equivalent fee: 5% of each cash amount, $10 minimum. Balance Transfer fee: 4% of each transfer amount, $10 minimum. There is a $1 minimum interest charge where interest is due. The annual fee is $0. Foreign Transaction fee: $0.
