- For an immediate replacement, please bring the item back to your store and they will provide a replacement.
- For a refund, you can connect with a live chat representative by going to our Contact Us page and selecting the Live Chat option, or by calling 1-800-KROGERS.
- For pick-up and delivery purchases: Fresh Guarantee concerns will be refunded via the payment method used for the purchase, with the exception purchases placed via EBT and gift cards.
- For In-Store purchases: Monetary refunds cannot be issued online at this time, please head in-store if you need the refund to appear on the payment method. For refunds initiated by 1-800-KROGERS or a live chat representative, you will receive a credit on your Kroger Plus card that can be used towards your next purchase.
