Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Kroger does not share personal information from financial products and services with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
Kroger doesn’t jointly market.
Other Important Information
Vermont and California Customers: We will not share your information for joint marketing with other financial companies, unless permitted by applicable law.

How this Privacy Policy for Financial Products and Services Made Available by the Kroger Family of Stores Applies to You
This Privacy Policy only applies to your personal information that we collect, use and share in connection with the financial products and services that we make available to our customers. These financial products and services include (but are not limited to) the following types of products and services that we may make available: ACH debit card, prepaid cards and gift cards, money transfers, money orders, check cashing, and bill payment services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other products or services offered by Kroger.
A number of the financial products and services that we make available to our customers are offered by nonaffiliated financial institutions. For those products and services, the nonaffiliated financial institution will provide you its privacy policy, and that privacy policy will govern the collection and sharing of your information by that financial institution. For those products and services, this Privacy Policy will apply only to Kroger’s collection and sharing of your information.
Information Collected For Our Loyalty Program
If you provide your loyalty account information to us when obtaining a financial product or service from or through Kroger, or using a financial product or service, then we may collect information related to that transaction and include it as part of our loyalty program. All information collection for the loyalty program is covered by the Kroger Privacy Policy for non-financial products, which is available at https://www.kroger.com/topic/privacy-policy-7, even when gathered in connection with a financial product or service. For example, if you establish a loyalty account at the same time that you obtain a financial product or service from or through Kroger, you contact information will be included in the loyalty program data base and may be used and disclosed as provide in the Kroger Privacy Policy for non-financial products.

We collect some information when you visit our websites or use our mobile apps, or when you use our online services or view our online advertisements.
