How to schedule a prescription delivery

Step 1

Sign In to My Prescriptions

Sign in using your digital account, username and password. If you don't have a digital account, click here to learn how to set up a My Prescriptions Account. Rx Delivery is only available to customers with a Shopper’s Card. If needed, update your account with a new or existing Shopper's Card now.

Eligible prescriptions from participating pharmacy locations will have an option to Schedule Rx Delivery.

Select the Prescriptions You Would Like Delivered

Some prescriptions are not eligible for Rx Delivery. If a prescription isn’t eligible, it will not show as available in the Rx Delivery list.

Select which day you would like to receive your order. All orders are delivered between 2-6p.m.

Review Delivery Information

The delivery address will default to the address listed in your patient profile. To update your delivery address, update the address in your patient profile.

Add Payment Method

We can only accept one credit card at a time. Choose an existing payment card from your Digital Wallet or add a new credit or debit card.

Submit Delivery Order

A delivery fee will be included in the total price of your order. Your card will be charged when the order is out for delivery.

Check Prescription Status

You will receive a text message when your order is out for delivery. You can check on your prescriptions by visiting the Prescription Status link, then selecting the Rx Delivery tab.
