  Kroger® Multi-Symptom Cold and Flu DayTime and NightTime Cold Medicine Softgels help to temporarily relieve your cold and flu symptoms! The NightTime softgels contain the active ingredients of acetaminophen – a pain reliever and fever reducer, dextromethorphan HBr – a cough suppressant, and doxylamine succinate - an antihistamine to help fight cold symptoms. While the DayTime trade out the doxylamine succinate for phenylephrine HCl to help avoid drowsiness.
