  • Coeur de Brie comes from the heart of the Normandy region of France. The recipe closely resemble French Neufchâtel, another heart shaped cheese from the same region that has been produced since the 1100’s. The milk for Coeur de Brie comes from a special breed of cows known as the Normande breed. Their milk is naturally rich in fat, which is perfect for Cheese and Butter production.
