The beets used for this product are organically grown with compost and sea kelp. No chemical fertilizer or insecticides are used. The whole beet, including leaves, is mascerated and the juice is evaporated to dryness under high vaccum with infinite care and at near body temperature to retain a maximum of the enzymes, vitamins, and mineral factors. A ton of beets produces less than 20 lb. of powder which is then compressed into tablets. Therefore, the nutrients are present at 100 times their amounts in the beet plant, on a weight for weight basis. For nutritional use to supply the trace element content of the entire raw beet.
