Ingredients

  • 1 box Annie’s Shells & Real Aged Cheddar
  • 1⁄2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen sweet peas, thawed
  • 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies crushed

  • 1 box Annie’s Shells & Real Aged Cheddar
  • 1⁄2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen sweet peas, thawed
  • 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies crushed

Directions

  1. In saucepan, make Shells & Real Aged Cheddar as directed on box, increasing milk to 1⁄2 cup. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in bell pepper, peas and 3⁄4 cup of the cheese.
  3. Cook over medium-low heat 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and cheese is melted.
  4. In a small bowl, mix remaining 1⁄4 cup cheese and crackers until well mixes. Sprinkle over shells mixture.

  • 1⁄4 cup butter, cut in pieces
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3⁄4 cup chopped dried mango
  • 1⁄2 cup freeze-dried strawberries

Directions

  1. Spray 9-in pan and large bowl with cooking spray. Add cereal to bowl.
  2. Spray medium microwaveable bowl with cooking spray. Add butter and marshmallows.
  3. Microwave uncovered on High 11⁄2 to 2 min or until smooth, stirring every 30 sec.
  4. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal; stir until cereal is coated. Stir in fruits. Press firmly in pan.
  5. Cool at least 2 hrs until firm. For bars, cut into pieces. Store covered in airtight container.

Directions

  1. In small microwaveable bowl, heat baking chips uncovered on High 45 sec. Stir; continue to heat in 15-sec increments until mixture is smooth.
  2. Dip granola bar halfway into melted chips. Remove excess. Place on waxed paper. Immediately decorate as desired. Repeat with remaining bars. If chips have cooled, reheat.
  3. Let stand 30 min or until set. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature with waxed paper between layers.
