Garlic Butter & Pancetta Baked Rolls

  • 6 La Brea Bakery Take & Bake Seeded Sourdough Rolls
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1⁄2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1⁄2 cup butter
  • 3 sprigs rosemary


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat; remove and chop into 1” pieces. Discard half the bacon fat, add onions to the pan and cook until soft and golden. Remove and set aside with bacon.
  • In another pan, melt butter, add garlic and let warm together.
  • Place rolls in a baking dish and add bacon and onions. Drizzle with garlic butter and add rosemary. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
