Garlic Butter & Pancetta Baked Rolls
Savory dinner rolls covered in garlic butter and crispy pancetta are sure to be a delicious addition to your Sunday dinner or holiday table.

- 6 La Brea Bakery Take & Bake Seeded Sourdough Rolls
- 4 slices bacon
- 1⁄2 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat; remove and chop into 1” pieces. Discard half the bacon fat, add onions to the pan and cook until soft and golden. Remove and set aside with bacon.
- In another pan, melt butter, add garlic and let warm together.
- Place rolls in a baking dish and add bacon and onions. Drizzle with garlic butter and add rosemary. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
