Green Grapple Smoothie
Grapple is the fun combination of grapes and apples. Both fruits add sweetness to this low sodium green smoothie.

Ingredients
- 2 Green Granny Smith Apples, cored and roughly chopped
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 rib celery
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
