  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened kefir
  • 2 teaspoons spirulina powder
  • 2 tablespoons Simple Truth™ Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • Fresh mint, to serve

Directions

  • In blender, blend together kale, carrots, kefir, spirulina powder, flaxseed, strawberries and banana to desired consistency.
  • Serve topped with fresh mint.
