These handy skewers are the tastiest way to eat your greens on St. Paddy’s Day!

- 1 package (3.4 oz.) pistachio instant pudding
- 1 container whipped topping
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1 green apple, cored and cut into large pieces
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups honeydew melon, cut into large pieces
- 1 green pear, cored and cut into large pieces
- 12 skewers
- In a bowl, mix pudding, whipped topping and milk until combined. Top with sprinkles.
- Thread fruit on skewers and serve with pistachio fruit dip. Refrigerate leftovers.
